Dosage
Intravenous drip.

2. Usual dosage for children: the injection dosage for anaerobic infection is the same as that for adults.
Adverse reactions
1. 1. This product can inhibit the metabolism of warfarin and other oral anticoagulants, strengthen their effects, and prolong the prothrombin time.
2. Simultaneous application of drugs that induce liver microsomal enzymes such as phenytoin and can enhance the metabolism of this product, reduce the blood concentration, and slow down the excretion of phenytoin.
3. Simultaneous application of cimetidine and other drugs that inhibit the activity of liver microsomal enzymes can slow down the metabolism and excretion of this product in the liver, and prolong the serum half-life of this product. The dose should be adjusted according to the results of blood concentration determination.
4. This product interferes with the metabolism of disulfide, and patients who use the two together may experience mental symptoms after drinking. Therefore, it is not suitable for those who use disulfiram within 2 weeks to use this product.
5. This product can interfere with the determination results of aminotransferase and LDH, and can reduce the level of cholesterol and triglyceride.
