Dosage

Aminophylline tablets:
1. Common dosage for adults: Oral. 0.1-0.2g once, 0.3-0.6g a day; extreme amount: 0.5g once, 1.0g a day.

Aminophylline sustained-release tablets: swallow whole tablets, 0.1-0.3g each time, 2 times a day, or as directed by a doctor.

Adverse reactions
The toxicity of theophylline often appears in the serum concentration of 15-20μg/ml, especially at the beginning of treatment. Nausea, vomiting, irritability, and insomnia are common in the early stage. When the serum concentration exceeds 20μg/ml, tachycardia may occur. , Arrhythmia, theophylline in the serum exceeds 40μg/ml, symptoms such as fever, dehydration, and convulsions may occur. Taboo
