Indication

It is used for acute and chronic rheumatoid arthritis, acute and chronic ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis. Low back pain, sprains, strains and other soft tissue injuries. Post-traumatic pain and inflammation, such as sprains, muscle strains, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Oral: 1 time a day, or 1 or 2 times a day, or as directed by a doctor.
Adverse Reactions
1,May cause headache and abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, stomach burning sensation, nausea, indigestion and other gastrointestinal reactions. 
2, occasional headache, dizziness, dizziness. Serum glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT), serum glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT) increased. 
3, rare decline in renal function, can lead to sodium retention, performance urine output, facial edema, sudden weight gain. A very small number can cause arrhythmia, tinnitus and so on. 
4, rare: skin rash, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, vomiting blood, melena, gastrointestinal ulcers, perforation, hemorrhagic diarrhea, sleepy sleep, allergic reactions such as asthma, hepatitis, edema.

Contraindications
1, blood system abnormalities, hypertension, heart disease patients with caution. 
2, because this product contains sodium, patients who limit sodium intake should be used with caution. 
3. For patients who have gastrointestinal symptoms or have a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, severe liver damage, if they need to apply diclofenac, should be placed under strict medical supervision. 
4. Patients with impaired heart and kidney function are being cautioned when diuretic therapy is used, patients undergoing recovery after major surgery, and patients with extracellular fluid loss for any reason. 
5. In the course of medication, if there are obvious adverse reactions, the drug should be discontinued. 
6. Individuals requiring long-term treatment should regularly check liver function and blood status, and should be disabled if liver damage occurs. 
7. Patients with a history of vertigo or other history of central nervous disease should not be allowed to drive or manipulate the machine while taking it. 
8. Attention should be paid to doses and adverse reactions when combined with lithium agents, digoxin, potassium-protective diuretics, anticoagulants, hypoglycemic agents, and methotrexate. 
9, patients with lower body weight should reduce the amount of this product.
